MKL Property Group was setup initially as a family business by brothers Karl & Michael and their dad, Michael Senior, for the sole purpose of property investing.
We have over 25 years experience of investing together in Liverpool, Manchester and Spain. Karl was previously a high street estate agent having started out as a letting agent before becoming a sales manager and property valuer. Michael is a time served electrician and project manager. Michael senior is a retired builder and full time investor.
Together we have built up a large and diverse property portfolio consisting of Student Rentals , HMO, Serviced Accommodation, Commercial and standard Residential Properties.
